Session Description

The middle management role is the toughest pivot in any career. You are expected to set strategy, coach your team, and manage up, often leaving you isolated and overwhelmed. This session is designed to equip managers with the tools to take control of their role. We will explore how to confidently navigate the pressure from above, effectively coach and delegate to your team, and define the boundaries necessary to protect your time and energy. Leave with practical strategies to own your influence, reduce the feeling of being pulled in every direction, and lead without risking burnout.
