Jump Start Your Micro Learning Program

Adam Costakes and Dan Hirt

Achieve success launching a micro-learning video strategy across your organization.

Hear real-life examples of setbacks and failures along the road to implementation. This session will look at how one small/medium-sized organization went from zero micro-learning to making it a main training medium for employees.

Explore topics that include the impetus to change, metrics, stakeholder socialization, and partnerships needed.

Application on the Job:
Discover what works and what doesn't when implementing a micro-learning strategy from the ground up. Learn from a case study on how a 7,000-person organization created and changed the culture to embrace micro-learning.
