  &lt;li style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"&gt;&lt;font size="3" face="Arial"&gt;Develop criteria for all four levels of training evaluation (reaction, learning, behavior, results).&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
