Jacquelynn Adams - Vice President of Marketing jacquelynn@astdfortworth.org
Training and Development have been second nature to Jacquelynn all of her life. It started with coaching little leaguers, umpiring and refereeing, and conducting clinics; all while she was only in high school herself. Eventually she joined the military and the next six and a half years completely revolved around training, readiness and deployment. Once Jacquelynn joined the corporate world she naturally focused in her people strengths; primarily staffing and development. After working in the staffing arena with such companies as Spherion and Robert Half for five years, she found her true passion in Corporate Training while working at Hertz Rent-A-Car. She spent nine laborious and fulfilling years at Hertz while also completing her degree. Currently Jacquelynn is the Director of Training for Bates Container in North Richland Hills. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Management focusing in staffing and development plus is a member of Sigma Beta Delta and the National Association of Professional Women. In her spare time Jacquelynn enjoys playing softball, reading her Nook and spending time with her husband, their five kids, and soon to be four grandchildren.
